Users are expected to use the platform responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users may use the platform only for legitimate organizational, educational, commercial, nonprofit, humanitarian, and administrative purposes.
Permitted activities include:
• Managing organizational operations
• Processing authorized subscriptions
• Managing educational programs
• Operating approved online marketplaces
• Coordinating humanitarian initiatives
• Managing certification programs
• Communicating with authorized users
• Accessing platform APIs according to published policies
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized access to systems or data

• Reverse engineering platform software

Users may not use the MyBeitCloud Platform or its integrated payment services for activities that violate financial regulations or payment network rules.
Prohibited activities include:
• Credit Card Testing
• Card Verification Schemes
• Money Laundering
• Fraudulent Transactions
• Circumvention of Stripe Controls
• Unauthorized Payment Processing
• Suspicious Financial Activity
All payment activity remains subject to Stripe’s risk management, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and financial compliance procedures.
Users may not:
• Access information belonging to another organization without authorization.
• Attempt to export confidential platform data.
• Harvest user information.
• Collect personal data without appropriate legal authorization.
• Use automated tools to extract protected information from the platform.
Each organization is responsible for protecting the privacy of its own users and complying with applicable privacy laws.
Users must not engage in activities intended to compromise platform security.
Prohibited activities include:
• Network Scanning
• Penetration Attempts
• Denial-of-Service (DoS) Attacks
• Malware Distribution
• Unauthorized API Access
• Security Bypass Attempts
• Infrastructure Interference
• Unauthorized Code Injection
These restrictions help protect all organizations operating within the MyBeitCloud ecosystem.
Developers and technology partners must use the MyBeitCloud API responsibly.
Users must:
• Respect published rate limits
• Protect API credentials
• Secure authentication tokens
• Validate application security
• Comply with API documentation
• Prevent unauthorized access
Failure to comply may result in suspension of API access.
Organizations and users are responsible for:
• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Managing user permissions
• Monitoring account activity
• Reporting suspected security incidents
• Using the platform in accordance with applicable laws
Tank Corporation reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
Where appropriate, enforcement actions may include:
• Warning Notices
• Temporary Account Restrictions
• API Access Suspension
• Service Suspension
• Permanent Account Termination
• Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required by law
Enforcement decisions are made to protect the security, stability, and integrity of the MyBeitCloud Platform.
Users who become aware of suspected misuse, fraud, security vulnerabilities, or unauthorized platform activity are encouraged to report the issue to the MyBeitCloud Security Team as soon as possible.
Prompt reporting helps protect all organizations using the platform.
Tank Corporation may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, security practices, or platform services.
