These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyBeitCloud Platform, including all cloud modules, websites, mobile applications, APIs, software interfaces, and related services operated by Tank Corporation.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
MyBeitCloud is a modular enterprise cloud platform providing software solutions for organizations across multiple industries.
The platform supports:
• Faith-Based Organizations
• Nonprofit Organizations
• Educational Institutions
• Certification Agencies
• Community Organizations
• Humanitarian Programs
• Enterprise Organizations
Each organization may activate only the cloud modules required for its operations while benefiting from a unified enterprise platform.
MyBeitCloud provides subscription-based access to enterprise cloud software through independently licensed modules.
Available services may include:
• Community Cloud
• Commerce Cloud
• Education Cloud
• Identity Cloud
• Certification Cloud
• Discovery Cloud
• Humanitarian Cloud
• Safety & Response Cloud
Platform functionality may evolve over time as new services and improvements are introduced.
Platform access is provided through subscription-based licensing.
Subscription options may include:
• Monthly Plans
• Annual Plans
• Enterprise Agreements
• Custom Licensing
• Seat-Based Licensing
Organizations may upgrade their subscriptions at any time.
Subscription downgrades or cancellations become effective according to the applicable billing cycle and subscription agreement.
Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrative credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts.
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain secure passwords
• Protect administrator credentials
• Manage user permissions responsibly
• Notify MyBeitCloud of unauthorized account access
Subscription fees and eligible platform services are processed securely through Stripe using the TANK PAY software interface.
Important information:
• Tank Corporation develops enterprise software only.
• Tank Corporation does not collect or hold customer funds.
• Tank Corporation is not a bank.
• Tank Corporation is not a money transmitter.
• Tank Corporation is not a payment processor.
Merchant onboarding, identity verification (KYC), payment authorization, settlement, and financial compliance are performed directly by Stripe under its own regulatory framework.
Customers retain full ownership of all information stored within their dedicated MyBeitCloud environment.
This includes:
• Member Records
• Customer Information
• Educational Records
• Organizational Documents
• Media Files
• Business Data
Tank Corporation is granted only the limited rights necessary to securely host, process, and display customer data for the purpose of delivering subscribed platform services.
All platform software, source code, documentation, databases, APIs, trademarks, user interfaces, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tank Corporation.
No ownership rights are transferred through the use of the platform.
Customers receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the subscribed services in accordance with these Terms.
Customers agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Users may not:
• Attempt unauthorized access to platform resources
• Reverse engineer platform software
• Upload malicious software
• Interfere with platform operations
• Circumvent security controls
• Misuse payment services
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
MyBeitCloud is designed to provide reliable enterprise cloud services.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
• Scheduled Maintenance
• Infrastructure Upgrades
• Emergency Maintenance
• Security Improvements
• Third-Party Service Interruptions
Tank Corporation makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tank Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the MyBeitCloud Platform.
This limitation includes, but is not limited to:
• Business Interruptions
• Lost Revenue
• Lost Donations
• Lost Educational Records
• Marketplace Disruptions
• Service Interruptions
• Third-Party Service Failures
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The MyBeitCloud Platform integrates with trusted third-party providers to deliver certain platform functionality.
These services may include:
• Stripe
• Microsoft 365
• Google Workspace
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Cloudflare
• Twilio
Each third-party provider operates under its own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Tank Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access when necessary to:
• Protect platform security
• Prevent fraudulent activity
• Enforce these Terms
• Comply with legal obligations
Customers may terminate their subscriptions according to the applicable subscription agreement.
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of New York.
Tank Corporation may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in:
